A beautiful medical student is assigned to probe into the mind of Don Wake, a murderous mental patient at a psychiatric hospital loaded with secrets. As she pushes the patient to reveal the truth about a brutal killing, she becomes consumed by his world of delusion and paranoia, until she begins to question her own reality.
